What should I expect from my first session?

Your therapist will perform a verbal and practical evaluation to formulate a treatment plan that best suits your needs and therapy goals. You and your therapist will discuss treatment expectations and protocols. Prior to your scheduled appointment you may fill out your intake form online, or in the office, upon your early arrival.

What should I wear?

Clients can dress down to their comfort level in their session.  Depending on the level of mobility therapy needed during the session:

  • Men may bring/wear loose or fitted athletic shorts (not required)

  • Women may bring/wear running/athletic shorts and a sports bra with a back clasp (not required)

How long are the sessions?

Treatment sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the appointment scheduled. We recommend a 90-minute session for your first appointment so a comprehensive assessment can be fully achieved.

How often do you suggest treatment?

Each client’s treatment plan will be individually tailored to their specific therapy needs. Routine treatment offers optimal results, helping heal and prevent injury. Our goal is for you to keep you doing whatever it is that you enjoy, from participating in sports and workouts, to keeping up with your grandchildren, we treat it all! Trifecta offers several maintenance packages to make continued therapy easy and affordable.

What’s the cost per session?

Maintenance Program Pricing:

Bronze (1 session/month)- $105

Silver (2 sessions/month)- $200

Gold (3 sessions/month)- $285

Platinum (4 sessions/month)- $360 

*Maintenance Programs are charged on the 1st of each.

How often do you suggest treatment?

Can you bill my insurance?

We do not bill insurance at this time. You may submit a claim directly to your plan if it covers massage therapy. We are able to accept most FSA and HSA accounts. All appointments are prepaid at time of scheduling.

Do you offer packages?

We offer flat rate, auto-charged, monthly maintenance programs for a reduced price per session, as well as other membership benefits, including reduced price sauna, NormaTec Compression sessions, cold plunge therapy, and classes .

What are you payment methods?

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All appointments are prepaid at time of scheduling.

I’m not an athlete. Is Trifecta for me?

Absolutely! We treat every type of body. From specific treatment to just treating yourself to a self-care session, we will discuss and meet your therapy expectations!

Can I still come if I am going to Physical Therapy or seeing a doctor for care?

Yes, we receive referrals from and co-treat with physicians, physical therapist, chiropractors and personal trainers. Trifecta offers services that compliment many types of concomitant treatment.

Can I work out after a session?

Your post treatment plans can be addressed with your therapist. Although it is optimal to treat your session day as a recovery day, it is not always necessary.

Do you provide off-site sessions?

We offer corporate wellness sessions. We can come to your office/company to work on staff as either part of a corporate wellness initiative or a staff appreciation event. We utilize your preference of a massage table or chair for mini sessions. Is there a cancellation fee?

Clients/Members must cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment to avoid being charged their full session amount or a maintenance program credit being deducted.

*All scheduled appointments are prepaid.

How do I book?

First time clients need to call the office at 225.421.1499 to book their initial session. If you are a current client, you may utilize our app, website or call the office to schedule your next session!

Can first time clients book online?

If it’s your first time at Trifecta, please call 225-421-1499 and schedule an appointment through our office coordinator. We will discuss your treatment needs and place you with the appropriate therapist. After your initial appointment you will be able to utilize the app or online site to book future services!

Can maintenance programs be shared?

Maintenance programs cannot be shared and credits are non-transferable.

What do I wear in the sauna?

We provide wraps that individuals can wear in the sauna during their session or you may wear workout gear (ie; shorts, sports bra, tank). Staff will check in on you during your session so appropriate attire is required.

What do I wear in the cold plunge?

You may wear workout gear (ie; shorts, sports bra, tank) or a swimsuit. Staff may check in on you during your session so appropriate attire is required.
